AO MEDIA — SCENE-BUILDING WORKFLOW

1. REFERENCES
Choose clear identity photographs and a performance video that contains the actual actions you want. Keep a separate wardrobe reference when an accessory must remain consistent.

2. CHARACTER
Use the character prompt to prepare neutral, consistent views. AO is 6 foot 3 and 225 pounds, with a tall, lean, athletic, lanky build. Check facial features, body proportions and wardrobe before animating.

3. PERFORMANCE
Use the performance prompt with your source video. Check eye contact, cigarette-lighting action, the turn, and the walk into the crowd against the source timing.

4. CONTINUITY
Review the turn carefully. Inspect the hat opening, strap, brim and edges. Also check hands, face, chain, clothing and crowd composition. Repair one problem at a time while preserving the performance.

5. FINISH
Grade on an adjustment layer. Lower exposure and highlights gradually, then check that skin and red blazers remain readable in both the close-up and wider crowd shot. Check the full export before sharing.
